Electrical design for production equipment and automation systems
A design project often starts with the client having an idea and perhaps a prototype, which is further developed and commercialized by Mectalent.
The objectives of the project are discussed with the customer, the desired functionality of the machine and the initial data/list of requirements are drawn up to start the design. Our designers then take a copy of the project and move it forward.
The assignment can also be carried out with the customer having very precise information about the desired functionality of the machine and our designers will look for the right components to meet the technical and functional requirements.
Where necessary, our electrical designers will work with mechanical design, electronic design and automation design professionals to ensure that the overall system functionality and integration is smoothly implemented.

Key elements of electrical design: safety, functionality and energy efficiency
Safety is a priority in electrical design, which must comply with international standards and ensure adequate short-circuit and overload protection and emergency shutdown systems.

Electrical installations for machinery and automation equipment
The electrical installations are part of the delivery process for the devices and automation solutions we manufacture. We perform both traditional and modern electrical installations. Our installation work covers everything from electromechanical connections to commissioning tests, ensuring that all system components operate safely and seamlessly together.
The design, manufacture and installation of electrical and control panels are an important part of our equipment manufacturing and assembly. We ensure that all electrical control panels are well designed, tested to standards and fully integrated into equipment, making them efficient and safe to use.
We take into account our customers' requirements and carry out electrical installation and testing in accordance with standards and regulations such as:
