Mectalent Oy has officially integrated its subsidiary, Conseptas Oy, into its operations as of September 1, 2023. From this date forward, all business activities will proceed under the Mectalent Oy banner.
This merger is a strategic move to streamline the company's structure. However, it won't affect the company's services, staff, or general operations.
Established in Oulu in 1982, Mectalent specializes in product development, precision mechanics, and the manufacturing of high-end equipment. They have consistently supported their partners in pioneering innovations, especially in fields such as new technologies, security, and medical technology. In 2022, the joint revenue for Mectalent and Conseptas amounted to 19.1 million euros. Furthermore, Mectalent is a member of the Cor Group consortium.
Conseptas and Mectalent not only shared a workspace for many years but also operated under a unified quality system. This consolidation promises to further enhance the cohesion of their operations and inter-departmental collaborations. With this step, they anticipate offering even better services to their clientele in the coming years.
