Mectalent continues to invest in quality. Our latest investment is a ZEISS DuraMax CMM, which is the perfect measuring equipment for the Shopfloor. This investment speeds up our lead time and therefore increases our production capacity. Now we can control the dimensions during production more flexibly and act quicker if the dimensions start to deviate from the nominal value.
We also acquired the PiWeb software that helps us use tools like SPC, six sigma and transform the data in a more visual form.
