With this newsletter, we want to share with you the latest updates from Mectalent.
Developing welding services
Over the summer, we have increased the capacity of our welding services by investing in a new TIG welding system equipped with an additional wire feeder. This modern equipment enables even more precise and higher-quality welding. In addition, the new system provides the capability to automate TIG welding using a cobot (collaborative robot).
We have also moved orbital welding to our cleanroom to meet customer requirements. Due to its precise and high-quality results, orbital welding is well-suited for precision mechanics needs. Orbital welding is used, for example, in semiconductor equipment as well as in the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.

Customer audits are part of our quality operations
Quality is at the core of our work, which is why we constantly take measures to improve it. Through continuous improvement, we can evolve and stay competitive. Continuous improvement is reflected in our operations by identifying, analyzing, and addressing the causes of errors and variations, as well as learning from mistakes. It also involves risk management, problem-solving, and innovation.
Customer audits are part of our ongoing improvement process. We receive important feedback from customer audits about how we should develop our operations. We take into account the findings of these audits as part of our development plan.

Exhibition season has begun
Last week, we participated, as usual, in the Subcontracting Fair in Tampere. This was Mectalent’s 20th time at the event. We met many new and old acquaintances, and we thank everyone who visited our booth. See you again in Tampere on September 30–October 2, 2025!
In November, we will head to the Elmia Subcontractor fair in Jönköping, Sweden. Welcome to meet us at booth B04:62! Elmia Subcontractor is Northern Europe’s leading event for industrial subcontractors. It brings together the best experts in the field, and as a visitor, you can find solutions to challenges, partners, new opportunities, and inspiration at the fair.
