Automating the operation of various processes, machines and equipment can ensure their more efficient operation and increased productivity.
Automation can be used to increase the operational level of production when automated operations may be repeated continuously. Automation can also improve the reliability of a process or device when the right measures are taken to respond quickly to deviations in the process.
By increasing automation, the working conditions and satisfaction of process operators and users of equipment can be positively affected, as, e.g., routine, heavy or dangerous tasks can be left to the equipment to handle. In addition to monitoring automation processes, staff can do work that cannot be automated or where creativity or problem-solving capability are required.

We carry out automation programming and testing for programmable logics for our customers. Our operations cover application design, programming and testing. We always develop automation systems and related documentation as desired by the customer.
Our automation experts have extensive experience in modern automation and control systems. We have developed a wide range of control and production systems for various processes, such as the process and machine automation industries. In automation projects, we have also taken care of other aspects of design, such as, e.g., project management, concepting, mechanical design and electrical design. We do both automation and instrumentation design.
We do automation design for the following applications, for instance:
We carry out instrumentation design for the following areas, for example:
Automation projects include the design, implementation and commissioning of automation equipment for a production facility or part of its process.
Automation for each process is planned on a case-by-case basis. The design is based on information and documentation available from the design of the future factory or process, or from existing equipment. During the design phase in, e.g., the design phase, it is possible to define objectives, make operational descriptions and PI diagrams, outline the configuration of hardware and software, and identify the need for safety-related systems.

Implementation includes the purchase, manufacture, installation and application programming of the automation system, as well as the testing of the whole. In addition to the instruments needed for measuring and guiding the process, care is taken to acquire and install the mechanical structures needed for the automation system, such as cabinets and frames, as well as cabling.
In application programming, databases, control circuits, control and measurement circuits, possible sequences and monitoring monitors for operation are prepared for the automation system. The implementation tests of the automation system are carried out before the system is transferred to the process.
When the system is working and it has been moved to the final destination, the last testing – i.e., the Site Acceptance Test (SAT) – will be carried out. Once the SAT has been successfully completed, the automation system is introduced for production use.
Documentation completed in automation design, such as software documents and functional descriptions, will be handed over to the customer.
Our expertise covers logic, automation and instrument design, as well as project management, quality assurance and production, in addition to several other services.
In the programming of programmable logics (PLC), we use, e.g.:
In addition to the above, we use INTOUCH as control room software.
