Part and equipment manufacturing for the defense industry
In the defense, aerospace, and space industries, the materials and precision of parts are of utmost importance. Components must fit together flawlessly to ensure the overall system functions reliably.
We specialize in precision mechanics that meet extremely high-quality requirements. We manufacture highly accurate parts through spark erosion, machining, and welding. In terms of machining and repeatability, we can achieve tolerances as small as a thousandth of a millimeter.
In addition to part manufacturing, we also provide custom assemblies and equipment manufacturing based on our customers' needs.

We adhere to defense industry standards
Defense industry products include, for example, radar systems and command, communication, and vehicle systems. All of these are used in challenging, even critical, conditions, so the parts used in them must be extremely reliable and durable.
At Mectalent, all our work is framed by the certified quality management systems ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. For defense industry products, we adhere to the requirements of the AQAP 2110 and EN 9100 standards. The quality of our operations is regularly assessed through internal and external audits.
We also operate under strict security requirements:
- Non-disclosure agreements have been made with company personnel, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Confidential materials are handled within our PDM system on Mectalent's own server – not in third-party cloud services.
- Document visibility can be controlled within the PDM system on a per-user basis.
- Access to our facilities is monitored and controlled, with access rights restricted to specific areas as needed.
