Results of customer satisfaction survey
We conducted the annual customer satisfaction survey in February. We asked our customers to tell us where we have been successful in 2024 and how we could improve. A big thank you to everyone who responded!
The results show that our clients choose Mectalent for the quality and diversity of our services as well as our co-operation skills. As in previous years, the high quality of our manufacturing services came out strongly, as did the innovative nature of our product development services.
We also received many important suggestions for improvement, for example in terms of pricing, communication and processing times for tenders. We will take this feedback into account as part of our quality work, where continuous improvement is key.
